Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year
Dear Royce Families,
Welcome to the 2026-27 school year, and I hope you have enjoyed a wonderful summer. There is always excitement in the air to begin a new school year, and I am honored to serve as the new Executive Director of The Royce School.
Although I’ve only been on campus a short time, it hasn’t taken long to recognize what makes Royce so special. This is a school where students are known, encouraged, and given the opportunity to thrive in an environment designed to meet their unique needs. It is a privilege to become part of a community with such an important mission.
Over the coming weeks, I look forward to working with our outstanding faculty and staff as they return to campus, and most importantly, getting to know you and your children. I believe the strongest schools are built on meaningful relationships, and I’m excited to begin building those relationships throughout the Royce community.
As we prepare for another school year, please know how grateful I am for the trust you place in Royce. Together, we’ll continue providing an exceptional educational experience for every student while building on the strong foundation that has made this school such a special place.
Please don’t hesitate to stop by my office, introduce yourself at one of our upcoming events, or simply say hello when you’re on campus. I’d love the opportunity to meet you personally and hear your family’s Royce story.
Thank you for welcoming me to Royce. I look forward to an outstanding year together.
Warmly,
Danny Howell
Executive Director
