Governance
Meet the Board of Trustees
The Royce School Board of Trustees is a dedicated volunteer governing body composed of school representatives and leaders from the broader Savannah community. Meeting ten times annually, the Board and its five committees provide strategic oversight to ensure the continued success and well-being of our students, faculty, families, and alumni.
The Board appoints the Executive Director of The Royce School to serve as its operational leader, responsible for managing daily school operations in alignment with our Strategic Plan. The Board conducts annual self-evaluations and continuously seeks qualified individuals who bring diverse perspectives, expertise, and dedication to advancing our mission.
