2025–2027 Strategic Vision
At Royce, our Strategic Plan is more than a roadmap – it’s a commitment to students, families, educators, and the wider community. Over the next three years, we are focused on six priorities that strengthen our mission and expand opportunities for neurodiverse learners:
Building Royce’s Future
Priority 1
Financial Stability
We are building a strong foundation to sustain our work. This includes expanding fundraising, growing enrollment, and developing summer and tutoring programs that support both students and the school’s long‑term health.
Priority 2
Community Awareness
Royce is reintroducing itself with a bold rebrand and clearer communication. We will highlight our K–12 curriculum, share student and alumni success stories, expand co‑curricular opportunities in arts and athletics, and strengthen outreach so families, providers, and partner schools understand the full scope of our programs.
Priority 3
Improved Facilities
Our campus must reflect the excellence of our mission. We are creating a Facilities Master Plan to guide long‑term improvements, budgeting annually for maintenance, and investing in technology updates to ensure students and staff have the tools they need.
Priority 4
Engaged Governance
Strong leadership ensures our mission endures. We are recruiting and orienting new trustees with diverse expertise, providing ongoing training and evaluation, and aligning Board committees with strategic goals to ensure accountability and impact.
Priority 5
Staff Development
Our teachers and staff are the heart of Royce. We are investing in competitive compensation, professional development in best practices like Multisensory Math and Orton‑Gillingham, and partnerships that expand project‑based and off‑campus learning opportunities.
Priority 6
Community & Parent Engagement
We are building a welcoming, supportive community where parents, alumni, providers, and partner schools feel deeply engaged in our mission. Through strong associations, clear resources, and regular celebrations of student and alumni success, we will nurture lasting relationships and create a culture of belonging.
A Shared Vision for Royce
This plan is for all of us. Parents, educators, providers, partner schools, and supporters each play a vital role in helping Royce thrive. Together, we are creating a future where every learner’s success is celebrated, and every story shines.
